As part of its efforts to disseminate technical knowledge, the Ministry of Culture is hosting a specialized lecture entitled: “Labor Market Requirements for Programmers: From the Classroom to the Professional World.” The lecture will shed light on the realities of the programming job market and discuss the gap between academic education and the rapidly evolving needs of the technology sector. Its aim is to empower young people and guide them toward building professional career paths based on in-demand skills. The lecture will be presented by Dr. Mohammad Abu Hudhud, an expert in programming and the technology job market, from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It will take place at the Drama Theatre – Opera House, on Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. The lecture is open to the public.
